On the scene, Colin S. was great at assessing the situation - even though a lot was hidden behind walls - and then making a plan and an estimate that all turned out better than the worst-case scenarios he prepared us for all along the way - and thankfully did not happen.

Colin & Carlos (like Batman & Robin) took care of it all - monitoring and aiding recovery every day. The final cost came in under estimate and we felt very well taken care of through it all.

On the phone, Ellen & others were calming, Michelle was informative, and Casey was super helpful with my questions and responsive even on a Sunday.

I would just like to leave a comment to the experience I received from SERVPRO. Without going into the detail of the gruesome experience of the water damage I got when when I walked into my newly purchased home in Ventura. Casey was my first contact. I related to her the water leak from a pvc pipe under the kitchen sink and how it had spread throughout the whole ground floor. That was on a Sunday (10/11/2020). Before you know it a team of guys show up and assess the situation and a plan to mediate the problem. All the drywall was tested for moisture and air movers were brought in. It was noisy but I knew it was needed. Couple days later, the walls were not drying, so they proceeded to cut the bottom part of the drywall to insure dryness and mold prevention. The team of Casey, Jason Hulette, James Meza were there everyday checking the walls. My Farmers insurance were thrilled because they received an accurate description from which they could base the damage.

Jason and Jeremy of SERVPRO were professional, timely, and did a job I feel good about. Thank you.

James, the Tech, was especially compassionate since he knew their were two senior citizens in the home. Went over and beyond my expectations

If every business was of the same quality as SERVPRO, it would be a grand world. We have been very pleased & reassured by the staff and professionalism of SERVPRO.

This type of business is difficult to review because it only begins with a tragedy such as a burst pipe. I am quite happy with the service but not the incidents that brought them to me. And no matter how satisfied I am, I really don't want to have the occasion to see them again. But if there is such an occasion, I know for sure I will call SERVPRO Northwest. No doubt about that. I am very happy with the job Jason and James did on two separate leaks recently in my closet and bathroom. They are consummate professionals and will make sure that the work is done to the highest standards with the right procedure. They arrived promptly as scheduled to do the work and then returned as scheduled each and every day to check and adjust the drying equipment. What most impressed me was the care they took to make sure any wall opening or baseboard removal or deconstruction was minimal and done very carefully and cleanly with a sealed containment. They took out a whole wall from my bathroom to expose the leaky pipes and mold but did not leave a speck of dust anywhere when they left. What was most remarkable is that they worked around the closet shelf so that I would not have the added expense of replacing it. You know for sure when they are finished and all equipment is removed that the job is done and everything is completely dried as efficiently as possible. And by the way, the office staff is superb. They answer immediately and give you precise details on process and cost on every aspect of the work and email estimated details and invoices upon request and can tell you exactly what the schedule is for each day and make adjustments if necessary. This business really puts the "PRO" in service.

SERVPRO made a horrible situation, a little more tolerable. When you require a service like this come to your home, you are already feeling the stress of the situation and the potential of displacement and financial commitment, but add the current heat wave and COVID-19 concerns, I was really feeling the pressure. I had a leak from my air conditioning system and it had poured through my kitchen ceiling and the ceiling can lights. As a single mom that just started teaching virtually the day this happened, as well as my kids starting virtual school the same day also, I was at my breaking point. But when Jason Hulette and James Meza arrived the same day to assess the damage, I felt a huge relief. They were professional, organized, and knowledgeable. They needed to complete testing and position drying machinery in my home, but they used plastic and easily removable tape to seal off the area. Michelle, from their main office, called me daily to check on things and to schedule the next appointment around my availability. From the office staff, to the technicians, I felt like I wasn’t in this alone, and for that I appreciate their professionalism, their punctuality, and commitment to seeing the job through to the end. SERVPRO will most definitely have my business again, if I unfortunately need it. On a side note, Jason and James were very kind to my dogs. This made me feel at ease too. Jennie

I recently suffered a small kitchen fire & was very concerned for my 2 month old baby. I immediately called SERVPRO of NW Ventura & their technician was at my front door within an hour! They set up all the necessary equipment to get rid of the strong smoke smell & completed the entire clean up in 1 day. I can't thank the SERVPRO staff enough for all of their hard work & getting me back in my home as quickly as they did.

When the wildfires started last week we knew our home would not get burnt but had no idea that the smoke could do that kind of damage.  Casey and her crew came out right away the next day and brought a great cleaning crew.  They took all the smoke residue and odor out of our house and it smells better than before.  Thank you!

SERVPRO arrived on time and ready with a crew, equipment, and knowledge to get the work done after the tree fell from the wind. They were courteous to our neighbors as well as the squirrels! They were quick too... 3 hours later my trees were gone and they used the woodchipper to make the trees into mulch for our yard.

I must say that I'm blown away by the service and work I've received.  Within hours of my incident, they were there, assessed and started the work!   I am very grateful for SERVPRO and their team!  They have made my disaster into something that's so much better than I ever thought it could be. I'm telling everyone I know about them.

Thanks to SERVPRO for coming out after hours to extract water when our pipe broke.  The dry-down only took 3 days and we were back in business. Our business got to stay open which was a big relief.  We will be using you again if we ever have the need. Chris

SERVPRO NW Ventura sent out two workers to my home, and they got there on time and looked sharp. We showed them what rooms were to be restored, and a couple things we needed them to do. They listened to us and did a excellent job. The carpeting looked great. It only took a couple hours to complete the job. I would refer SERVPRO to my neighbors and friends. No need to shop for new carpeting. Thanks, Larry
