She has been with SERVPRO industries for 15 years. Casey has extensive knowledge of SERVPRO as a whole.  She is a great asset to our team.

Michelle Arias is our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. She has over 13 years of Customer Service experience. She is a fast learner and pays great attention to detail. We are excited to have her as our Office Manager.

Carlos Ramirez is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northwest Ventura County. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Carlos is a great asset to our team and we are lucky to have him.
